Korea’s electronic giant LG has expressed interest in collaboration with Google for the Google TV. Simon Kang, the chief exec of LG’s Home Entertainment division, stated that ‘it fears that it will be left out as ‘only a typical electronic hardware provider’ instead of a wholly partner in the mammoth web-connected TV project from the Internet Search-Engine Giant’. If this move is taken, LG will be the second TV maker to announce Google TV support, behind early adopter and close-partner to Google’s Google TV project, Sony.
