Apple has put up a HTML5 version of their site, show casting some of the cool features of HTML5. This shows that Apple is very serious about not supporting Flash, as it insist that “open standards are the future of the web, not add-ons”.
Head over to Apple’s HTML5 site and have a taste of this new standard. Samples include video, typography, photo galleries, transitions, audio, 360 object manipulation, and VR implementations including the source code so devs can tinker around for themselves. But bare in mind that you’ll need to download Safari 4 in order to view those demos. But then, that site is for developers anyway.
