As this is expected from the release of iOS 4 that many apps will be updated, the official Twitter app is already updated to support iOS 4 and multitasking. Directly, it means you can do whatever you want with your iPhone, switch back to Twitter, and check some updates, or just literally send out “Damn that guy is cute!” tweet instantly without re-launching the app. After the crazy tweet fest, you can easily leave the app at background, and continue at whatever you are doing, letting it cat nap at the back just like a good kitten. With the update comes along some “improved secure” tweeting practices. All that’s missing now is the “sent from Twitter for iPhone 4” tag that will increase your exotic points by over 9000, which many of you surely love to have.
